Junk removal in Belvedere, Calgary

  • Curbside from $69
  • No travel fees
  • No need to be home
  • One item to a truckload

Belvedere is one of the newest communities in Calgary. Building only started in 2020, on the east side of 84 Street SE by East Hills, with 17 Avenue SE along the south. Plenty of streets are still half built.

New houses mean a specific kind of junk. Mostly it's the stuff from the old place that didn't fit in the new one, and the packaging from everything that did. Junk removal in Belvedere is usually a one-time clear-out after the move. Set it out by 8 am on a Tuesday or Friday and pay online. You don't need to be there.

Where to leave it in Belvedere

Use your driveway, or the parking pad if your garage is on the lane. On streets that are still under construction, keep items well clear of the road so builders' trucks and our pickup can both get by.

If you don't have a garage yet, the end of the driveway is fine. Just set it out the morning of pickup. Cardboard left out overnight on the east side tends to end up in the next yard.

What people get rid of in Belvedere

Moving in, not moving out. The usual list:

  • Flattened moving boxes, bundled or bagged
  • The old couch that doesn't match the new room
  • A bed frame that's the wrong size now
  • Small amounts of trim, flooring offcuts and drywall scraps from a basement or deck project

Questions from Belvedere

Can you take leftovers the builder left behind?

Small amounts, yes: offcuts, empty boxes, a few pieces of trim. We can't take dirt, concrete, shingles or half-used paint and sealant.

How much cardboard fits in one pickup?

A lot, if it's flattened. Break boxes down and bundle them. Whole boxes take up the truck fast and push the price up.
