Sage Hill is one of the newer communities in Symons Valley, north of 128 Avenue with West Nose Creek running along its east side. A big share of it is townhouses and low-rise condos, with detached homes mixed in. Lots of first-time buyers, lots of renters, and a steady stream of moves.
So junk removal in Sage Hill tends to be quick, single-item stuff. A futon. A desk. The mattress from before the upgrade. Book online, leave it out by 8 am on a Tuesday or Friday, and we'll take it from there.
Where to leave it in Sage Hill
This depends on what kind of place you're in.
In a townhouse, put it beside your own garage door or on your parking pad. Visitor parking and shared walkways usually aren't allowed under complex rules.
In a condo building, bring it down to the curb or the loading area the building uses for move-ins. We don't go into hallways, elevators or the parkade. If you can't get it down yourself, we're not the right fit for that item. We don't go inside the building.
Detached homes can use the driveway.
