Tuscany started going up in the mid-90s, so a lot of houses here are on their second or third set of furniture. The first set is usually in the basement or the garage. That's most of what we pick up: junk removal in Tuscany tends to be one or two big things, not a whole house.
Here's how it works. Book online, pay when you book, and set it at the end of your driveway by 8 am on Tuesday or Friday. You don't have to be home. We load it, sweep up, and text you a photo when it's gone.
Where to leave it in Tuscany
Most homes here have a front-attached garage and a driveway, so the bottom of the driveway is the easiest spot. If it's heavy, leave it just inside an open garage door instead and tell us in the booking notes.
The crescents off Tuscany Boulevard and Tuscany Hills Road are tight when cars are parked on both sides. Leave a bit of room by the curb so we can pull up close.
Put things out the morning of pickup. A couch that sits out for three days tends to get rained on or picked through.
What people get rid of in Tuscany
Older two-storeys, kids who've moved out, basements getting redone. That mix means a lot of:
- Sectionals and recliners from the early 2000s
- Bunk beds and kids' mattresses
- Treadmills and exercise bikes that turned into clothes racks
- Old basement carpet, rolled and tied
Junk pickup pricing in Tuscany
Curbside pickups start at $69. It's the same price you'd pay anywhere else we serve, with no travel fee for being out in the far northwest. We don't come inside, so have it out by 8 am. Get your price in about 30 seconds.
