Kincora is a newer Symons Valley community, tucked between Stoney Trail and 128 Avenue with Shaganappi Trail on one side and Symons Valley Road on the other. Most houses here went up in the 2000s and 2010s. That's recent enough that the junk isn't original furniture. It's the stuff from developing the basement and upgrading.
We handle junk removal in Kincora the same way as everywhere else. Book online, pay when you book, then leave it at the bottom of the driveway by 8 am on Tuesday or Friday. We pick it up and text you a photo.
Where to leave it in Kincora
Most homes have front garages, so the driveway is the obvious spot. If you're in a townhouse, set things in front of your own garage or unit, not by the shared mailbox.
If cars line both sides of your street, keep the curb in front of your driveway clear on pickup morning.
Don't put things out the night before. The wind up here doesn't do loose cardboard any favours.
What people get rid of in Kincora
A basement getting finished is a common reason to book. So is a family that's grown out of its starter furniture. A typical pile:
- Leftover drywall offcuts, trim and flooring scraps in small amounts
- The first couch, bought before the kids
- Cribs, change tables and toddler beds
- Boxes from a recent move or a big online order
Baby gear in good shape goes to donation when a charity will take it. Cribs made before the current safety rules usually can't be donated, so those get broken down.
