Symons Valley Ranch is a small, newer area on the north edge of the city, around Symons Valley Road just north of Sage Hill. The name comes from the old ranch property there, and the land beside the West Nose Creek valley is still being built out.
Because it's still early days, junk removal in Symons Valley Ranch is mostly about settling in. Moving leftovers, a piece of furniture that didn't fit, cardboard from new appliances. Book online, leave it out by 8 am Tuesday or Friday, and we'll take care of the pickup while you're at work.
Where to leave it in Symons Valley Ranch
If you have a driveway or a parking pad, that's the spot. If you're in a townhouse or a condo building, use your own garage apron or bring items to the curb or the building's loading area. We don't go into hallways or parkades.
Construction traffic still runs through parts of this area. Keep items tight to your own property and off the road so trucks and graders don't clip them.
Put things out on pickup morning only.
