Parkland is wrapped by Fish Creek Park on two sides, with Canyon Meadows Drive to the north and Bow Bottom Trail to the east. It was built in the mid-1970s and it's almost all detached homes on generous lots. Many have big backyards and mature trees. So junk removal in Parkland leans outdoors: yard stuff, old decks, and the garage.
The process: book and pay online, then put it at the end of the driveway by 8 am on Tuesday or Friday. You can be out. We'll send a photo when it's gone.
Where to leave it in Parkland
Most houses have a front driveway, and the bottom of it is the best spot. Big lots mean a long carry from the backyard, but we don't go into backyards, so it needs to come out front.
Heavy items can sit just inside an open garage door instead.
Set yard waste out in bags the morning of. Loose branches or a pile of leaves on the grass is hard for us to load and leaves a mess on your lawn.
What people get rid of in Parkland
Older homes on large lots near the park mean a lot of:
- Bagged leaves, branches and garden waste
- Old patio sets, umbrellas and deck boxes
- Rotten deck boards in a short, manageable stack
- Bikes and sports gear from kids who grew up
We take small amounts of lumber. Anything with nails should be bundled so it can be handled safely.
