Greenwood/Greenbriar is a narrow strip between the Bow River and the Trans-Canada Highway, with Bowness to the east and Canada Olympic Park across the highway. Most homes are in Greenwood Village, the manufactured home community. The newer part, closer to the highway, has semi-detached homes and commercial buildings.
Junk removal in Greenwood and Greenbriar looks different on each side, but the setup doesn't change. Book and pay online, have it out by 8 am on a Tuesday or Friday, and we'll text you a photo once it's loaded.
Where to leave it in Greenwood/Greenbriar
In Greenwood Village, leave items on your own lot, next to your parking spot or at the front of your pad. Don't put things on the shared roads or by the mailboxes. Park management usually has rules about that, so check them first.
On the Greenbriar side, the end of your driveway or your own parking pad works.
Either way, put it out the morning of pickup. Wind along the river valley picks up anything light.
What people get rid of in Greenwood/Greenbriar
Manufactured homes don't have basements, so storage means the shed and the porch. When those get full, out it comes:
- Old tools, hoses and whatever has lived in the shed for years
- Patio furniture and planters from the deck
- Recliners and loveseats sized for smaller rooms
- Skirting panels and lattice from a small repair
On the newer side, it's moving boxes and the furniture that didn't fit.
We can take the contents of a shed. Taking down the shed itself is a separate job.
