Sundance went up through the 1980s, between Macleod Trail, Fish Creek Park and what's now Stoney Trail. It's almost all detached houses, most of them owner-occupied, with Lake Sundance in the middle. Families who bought in early are now downsizing, and younger families are moving in and redoing things. Both mean junk pickup in Sundance.
Book online and pay. Leave it at the bottom of the driveway by 8 am on a Tuesday or Friday. You don't need to be home. We text a photo once it's on the truck.
Where to leave it in Sundance
Most homes have a front driveway and an attached garage, so the bottom of the driveway is best. Keep it clear of the sidewalk.
If it's heavy, leave the garage door open and set it just inside. Note that in your booking.
Several streets curve into crescents and cul-de-sacs. If parking is tight on yours, leave a gap at the curb so we can pull close.
What people get rid of in Sundance
Forty-year-old houses in the middle of a generational turnover:
- The original owners' living room set and dining table
- Old bunk beds and dressers from kids' rooms
- Lake gear, like old life jackets, a small canoe or a rowboat that one person can carry
- Bagged leaves and branches from mature yards
Anything usable goes to donation when a charity will take it. Metal goes to scrap.
